(3 Day Weekend's)

Hey,
I might sound like a 10th grade girl when I say this, but
Valentine's Day might be my favorite holiday ever!
I just got back from the Valentine's Day party that I promoted
and I'm so pumped up that I can't fall asleep. My party brought
in about doubled the amount of people I was expecting and I
grossed well over $5,000!!! Not bad for a Wednesday night.
I really hope that you've been taking my advice and threw a big
Valentine's Day bash that raked in some cash.
If you didn't, you're probably pissed at yourself for missing
out on making some EASY money...but don't be pissed for too long
since this weekend is another chance to make some cash because...
it's a 3 day Weekend!
Everyone in the world loves 3 day weekends, right?
Honestly, is there anything better?
You get an extra day to sleep in, you have one less day of
school or work that week, and most importantly, you have any
another full night to go out and party all night with your
friends!
As a party promoter, I especially love 3 day weekends,
but for a different reason.
It's not because of the extra day I get to sleep in...since my
job is to go out and party at night, I can (AND DO) sleep in
every single day of the week.
It's not because I can party an extra night that week...as a
promoter I can party 7 nights a week if I want to since its
my "job".
The reason I really love the 3 days weekends is because it's
another night of the week that I can THROW a party and bring
in even more cash!!!
Think about it this way...if you normally throw 2 parties per
weekend (Friday and Saturday), by throwing a party on Sunday
you are going to make 50% more money that weekend! So if you
normally make $500 per party or a $1,000 a typical weekend,
you will be making at least $1,500 on a 3 day weekend!

But the best part is, those Sunday parties are normally BIGGER
than your typical Friday or Saturday party. Since most people
are off the next day, they feel the NEED to go out that Sunday
night just to take advantage of the fact that they can stay out
late...so more people are showing up to your parties!
Plus, not every promoter is throwing a Sunday party so you are
able to pull new people to your party, that might normally be
going elsewhere.
Presidents weekend is this weekend and its always a HUGE party
weekend...so make sure that you are taking advantage of these
3 day weekends and cashing in by throwing the extra parties
because there aren't too many more of these long weekends until
the summertime.
